He founded Watershed Music Group®, whose works have been recorded by Bethel Music, Kari Jobe, Maverick City Music, and many others. In 2023, he co-founded MadMan Records in Atlanta, expanding into the mainstream with projects involving Robin Thicke, Eric Bellinger, Olivia Holt, and others.
